PPOC or, the Society for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled Selangor and Federal Territory is a charitable organization founded in 1972.
The centre for PPOC in PJ, also known as Rumah Insaniah Dr Siti Hasmah was built in 1988 to accommodate the disabled while they participate in the rehabilitation programmes. The buildings have remained in their original state with a need for repair and upgrade.
